Last-minute disruptions affect our surgery services.

Payment direct from clients are required to schedule surgery date with a deposit of $900.

If the surgery date is cancelled: 

Cancellation FEE: 

<72 hours = cost $300

<24 hours = cost $900.

We understand last minute can occur, so we do allow to reapply the cancellation fee to be reapplied if the surgery is rescheduled within 30 days.
