- Our team includes a dedicated anesthetist & surgical nurse RVT, so we can assist or lead the anesthesia when appropriate.
- We collaborate on the anesthesia with the rDVM, including drug calculations & safe drug choices to provide the most optimal anesthesia protocol.
- We take care of all shaving, using our smart clippers, freshly disinfected & sharp + cool ceramic blades to avoid razor burns.
- Aseptic wide shave margins with complimentary bikini shave.
- We bring everything: instruments, drapes, gowns, gloves, IV fluid warmer, Bovie/Ligasure, premium anti-bacteria sutures...even the anesthesia monitor! All we need is your OR table, anesthesia machine & x-ray.
- We handle taking care of pre- & post-op x-rays. Proper positioning for orthopedic x-rays can be tricky - we take care of this! If your team is interested in learning, we are happy to teach!

- Your recovery technician receives a checklist of post-op treatments & recommended Rx's to be dispensed.
- Dr. Le-Nguyen calls the client post-op to let them know how surgery went & to answer their questions. We provide surgery & anesthesia post-op discharge with radiographs written communication to the client.
- Before end of day, you receive emailed PDFs of the surgery report, discharge instructions, anesthesia complication, surgery photos & surgery consent for your files.
WE ARE PASSIONATE about PAIN CONTROL.
- Dr. Le-Nguyen designs a multimodal, comprehensive pain control plan for each patient. If her plan involves a medication that your clinic doesn’t carry, we provide it at no extra charge, because we believe that excellent pain control is just that important.
- All patients receive Nocita injection during surgery, providing 72 hours of excellent local analgesia. The cost of these injections is included in the surgery fee.
- Post-op prescription & nutraceutical recommendations are made; however, you always have the final say, as you know your patients best!
We offer CUTTING-EDGE STERILITY & infection control.
- We bring our own clippers with freshly disinfected blades to decrease skin trauma & contamination during patient prep.
- Skin is aseptically prepared & - final prep with Avagard, which not only kills bacteria on the surface of the skin, it is also bactericidal within the follicles for at least 6-8 hours after surgery.
- Specialized double thickened orthopedic surgical gloves are always used.
- For all surgeries with orthopedic implants or contamination, we use Simini Protect at the end of surgery. Simini is a non-antibiotic solution that kills 99.9% of bacteria within 60 seconds of contact.
